HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free for all Canadian orders over $100. Shipping charges vary depending on the service and speed of delivery.

CAN I GET CHEAPER SHIPPING?
Due to problems in the past, we've had to remove our letter post option from the website. However, we can still send orders through letter post (Canada & USA only). If you would like to have your (small and flat!) order sent through letter post, send us an email at orders@accessola.com. Letterpost orders do not come with a tracking number and they are not insured. Orders rarely become lost in the mail. To prevent most shipping related issues, please double check your shipping address. Inaccuracies are the cause of most delays!

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We send our orders through Canada Post or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know. Please avoid using shipping addresses with PO Boxes if possible. These orders must be shipped through Canada Post which may cause a shipping delay.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can ship most of our products internationally. If there is a product that we cannot ship internationally, that item will be cancelled from the order and you will receive a refund. Rest assured that this rarely happens. Most of our international orders are fulfilled just like the domestic orders.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since we are very small, we don't have the space to store all of the professional resource titles we distribute. Please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery. There may be a delay in your order if the title is on backorder with the publisher. Unfortunately, we have no control over the publisher's stock levels.
If a title you ordered hasn't been published, your order will not ship. To avoid shipping delays, please order pre-order items separately.
If the product you wish to purchase is available for order, but not in stock, you will see an orange bar on the right-hand side of your screen which reads "Email when available". Please allow 2-3 weeks request for these products to ship.
If all items in your order are available at the time of purchase, you should receive your order within 2-10 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If you need your order for a specific date, send us an email at orders@accessola.com, and we will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time.
